Seamless connectivity broadens reach
Channel managers are not new to Lamrin Hotels & Resorts. However, their previous provider didn’t offer a real-time connection and updates were ridden with errors. This resulted in incorrect updates and booking errors.
Lamrin Hotels also needed a suite of online travel agents (OTAs) to broaden its reach, including all major OTAs and some niche sites that are not connected to many channel managers.
STAAH made it easy to connect to these OTAs. Most importantly, based on industry feedback, it could be relied on for seamless service.
Powerful multi-property features
Lamrin’s previous distribution solution didn’t offer a multi-property environment. This increased the challenges the group faced with rate plans required for every property. With STAAH, a single rate plan can be applied to all properties and bulk updates made quickly.
The group further chose to scale up its direct bookings with the STAAH booking engine for groups – SwiftBook. The booking engine was customised to fit Lamrin’s brand and is completely mobile responsive. Discounts can be set up dynamically and applied at property level or geographically. Secure payments and zero commissions on bookings make the booking engine more attractive.
Among other benefits of STAAH is its insightful reporting. Making pricing decisions is a lot simpler with the data and analysis the STAAH platform provides. Reports can be toggled between properties or viewed at group level.
