Located in the heart of Cua Dai Beach [Vietnam], Hoi An River Beach Resort & Residences offers a range of rooms with stunning views and top-class amenities. A UNESCO World Heritage Site where the De Vong River meets the South China Sea, Hoi An, attracts visitors from across the world for its beauty and tranquillity.

The four-star River Beach Resort & Residences occupies a pride of place in this unique location and features a list of amenities, including a Lagoon pool with sun lounges, a Coconut palm garden with sun beds, a River Side Bar, a Business Centre, a Fitness Centre, complimentary bicycle use, river fishing, babysitting services, a tour desk and a gift shop.

The need to solve a juggling act

Featuring multiple room types and being connected to a number of OTAs as well as their own booking engine meant that staff at River Beach Resort & Residences spent a considerable time updating availability and rates across every channel. Errors relating to price parity and availability were not uncommon, and this was impacting the guest experience.

The manual updates limited revenue strategies to be applied at room level, ultimately lowering the revenue potential for the business.
