STAAH, a leading global hospi-tech solutions firm, has enabled the Amer Group of Hotels in Bhopal, India, to navigate its online bookings and room inventory more efficiently, eliminating inventory disparity and the need for manual management of online channels.


The Amer Group of Hotels has established a strong presence in the city of lakes, Bhopal, for over three decades, offering guests all the perks of 3 to 4-star hospitality at the Amer Greens and Hotel Amer Palace. STAAH’s Channel Manager was integrated across its properties, to manage online bookings and inventory more efficiently.

In just five months, we’ve seen a turnaround in their online bookings and inventory with our systems in place. While the Channel Manager from STAAH automates and streamlines the distribution of rates, inventory, and content across online travel agents (OTAs) and metasearch platforms ensuring real-time updates, preventing overbooking, and maximizing occupancy, PMS integration allows seamless connectivity between the STAAH Channel Manager and the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS). This ensures that reservations flow directly into the PMS, minimizing manual intervention, reducing errors, and enabling smoother management of front desk operations, housekeeping, billing, and reporting.
