STAAH MAX – Charge Card
We have developed a new feature which provides property with the ability to manually Charge Credit Card directly in MAX extranet for Hotel Collect bookings. Payment will be processed via Payment Gateway. For more information Click here.
New Feature Opportunities
We are pleased to introduce a new feature in STAAH Instant, OPPORTUNITIES.
This module provides a platform for OTA partners to highlight business opportunities that can help a property improve their performance or guests experience. Data is retrieved from OTA via an API (Provided by OTA). For more information click here.
Channel Restrictions on STAAH MAX
Properties have the ability to change restrictions at a channel level. This functionality allows the property to set different restrictions for the applicable channels. For more information click here.
Promo Code Surcharge – How Does It Work?
Promo Code Setup, now has the ability to show a Surcharge as well as a Discount. STAAH has always had the ability to apply discount to a Promo Code. Now there is also an option to apply surcharge if required. For more information Click here.
WatchMyRate (WMR) – Promote Direct Bookings
This product can be offered to STAAH properties subscribing to MAX Booking. It is a tool to help property drive more direct bookings via their own website/ booking engine. The widget displays the lowest available rate searched, properties have the option to offer either a discount or value add if customer book directly using WMR. For more information Click here.
