Las Casas in Quezon City is a Dining and Events Space that offers unique experiences for guests with its intricately-designed spaces, delicious array of dining options to choose from, and exceptionally welcoming service.

The challenge

Whilst the properties were doing a great job of delivering an exceptional guest experience, the absence of a secure online payment mode was definitely felt by staff who had to monitor payments for every reservation manually. Another challenge the group faced was the rising cost of OTAs – the ever-increasing commissions.

The solution
