Max V2 – Channel Module Enhancement
For Properties with multiple channel connections
- The channel property ID is displayed next to the property name.
- An option next to the channel name in the header. Simply click the dropdown arrow to access and select the desired property connection.
A New Setting to manage room and rate plan (Only applies to Content Management)
- The room setting is now located by the room name/OTA Room ID. Before, it was at the package level, but we realized it’s redundant since room management remains consistent across all associated packages.
- Previously, only the setting icon was clickable. Now, you can click on both the ‘OTA rate ID’ or the setting itself to manage the rate plan.
View page
This page has been enhanced to display all mapped and unmapped channel rooms and rate plans. All mapping can be performed from this page.
- Quick view to check the linkage between channel room/rate plans and Max room/rate plans.
- Easily identify any unmapped channel room and rate plans, which are displayed on top.
- Access to perform a mapping from this page.
- If the property has multiple connections, an option to switch between channel property IDs. The ‘switch’ is located in the header next to the channel name.
- After adding credentials, the user is now taken directly to this view page to complete mapping.
- This concept is similar to ‘Instant’ dynamic mapping.

ReviewMinder Updates
Airbnb, Review a Guest Feature
This feature allows a host to review a guest. The guest review window is 14 days.
- With our new feature, hosts can now conveniently respond to guest reviews directly from email notifications without logging in to the Reviewminder platform.
How to do it?
Step 1: After a guest has stayed, a notification is sent to the Airbnb host (on their registered email address) and a link is available for the host to review the guest who has checked out. This process will happen once daily.
Hosts can review/provide feedback on their guests after their stay from the email itself, eliminating the need to log into ReviewMinder. Please refer to the highlighted section in the screenshot below and click on the “Review the guest” button to review the guest.
Step 2: The host can complete and submit the requested information shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3: The review will be reflected on Airbnb & ReviewMinder as soon as the host submits the response.
Channels Update
- MitchellCorp – does not support cancellations via API. Properties receive an email directly from OTA. So that bookings are in sync, we have added option for properties to cancel booking in MAX/V2
