Saraca Hotels & Resorts is an independent collection of luxury boutique hotels and resorts, currently managing close to 100 keys across three distinct properties in India (Lucknow and Jim Corbett, upcoming properties in Jim Corbett & Sri Lanka).

Looking for smarter controls in its channel manager

One of the biggest challenges faced by the Saraca group was application of restrictions in its channel manager, including Maximum Length of Stay (MLOS), Closed to Arrival (CTA) and Closed to Departure (CTD). These restrictions are critical to avoid shorter stays and vacancies during periods of high demand.

The group’s previous distribution technology was also less reliable with inventory push issues being experienced frequently, impacting guest experience.
