Customer satisfaction is not only her aim, but is also her passion. Skilled in technology, she combines knowledge with customer-centricity brilliantly, and delights our partners. Meet Sejal Sanghvi, a product specialist from team India.


Tell us about your career in hospitality and the journey that brought you to STAAH.

I was introduced to computers at a very young age, and from then on, I was always fascinated with technology. My passion for continuous learning and being on the customer forefront, brought me to this role of product specialist and partner services, at STAAH. It’s been over 7 years with STAAH but I still enjoy each day at work, like I did when I first joined. Working at STAAH has helped me build strong domain knowledge in the hospitality technology industry, over these years.

What do you like most about STAAH and your job?

One of the best things I love about STAAH, is the work-life balance it offers. The flexi-working style helps me be my best at both, home and work. The Management team here is very supportive of what you do and what you want to do, and that has helped me up my skills to take up added challenges and responsibilities. In fact, the entire team at STAAH is very understanding and fun to work with.

What I love about my job is the unique combination of being a Client Partner, Team Leader, and a Product Trainer. It is very exciting and fulfilling to address the unique business needs of each customer and creatively solutioning their problems. As a result, the recognition and appreciation I receive from the customers, as well as the love and respect showered from the team, make my time at STAAH a journey worthy of remembrance for the future.

STAAH being a global workplace, I find new learnings in every interaction; be it with clients, team members, or trainees. I am happy to note that I am only becoming a better version of myself.

 What is your mantra for success in the hospitality industry?

Never give up!

There is a solution to every problem, and be strong enough to face it and uncover it. Have faith and belief in yourself and trust the almighty!!

What are your interests outside STAAH?

Travelling to new places interests me. Reading books and learning different types of painting is very exciting as well, as it helps me concentrate and focus on minute details.
