Hi, this is Anthea and I am from North Western Igor in the beautiful island, Ireland. We have property here which is a bed and breakfast. It also has a hostel and we have a self-catering unit. We have five B&B rooms, four hostel rooms which are all private, ensuite and self-catering kitchen up there and we have a self-catering apartment.
We haven’t been in business very long and this is not an area of expertise of ours so initially I was doing all the bookings myself with the OTAs and direct bookings finding it very difficult to keep hold of everything particularly since I’m running this pretty much single-handedly. So I started looking around for a channel manager.
I have to say that I’ve had absolutely no issues with STAAH whatsoever. I would say that if anybody’s considering a channel manager to certainly talk to STAAH and get a feel for it yourself. I have no issue with recommending them whatsoever.
Best thing about STAAH for me has been the customer service. They’ve been exceptional. They’ve gone way beyond what they should do, particularly when they’re dealing with me and I’m not on the same time zone as them and I know that they’ve been working very late sometimes just to get issues sorted out and I couldn’t praise them highly enough.
