Meet Kunal Banerjee, a seasoned professional whose journey in hospitality and technology has been defined by resilience, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.


Starting his career as a Front Office Assistant, Kunal was motivated by the quality of work-life balance and making a positive impact, whether on a small or large scale. These qualities drove him to choose STAAH as a Business Development Manager amidst the turbulent seas of the COVID-19 pandemic, where his path took a transformative turn.

A Bit About Kunal’s Career History

Kunal Banerjee embarked on his career path armed with a Business Administration degree, beginning as a Front Office Assistant at Floatel Hotel, Kolkata. Progressing through roles at The Sonnet, Kolkata, and esteemed brands like Mayfair and Wyndham Group, Kunal honed his expertise in hospitality management. The tumultuous landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic prompted Kunal’s pivot towards technology, leading him to STAAH. Here, he combines his extensive hospitality background with innovative solutions, embodying resilience and adaptability in navigating industry shifts.

What Made Kunal Join STAAH?

For Kunal, the decision to join STAAH was rooted in familiarity and opportunity. Having traversed the hospitality industry for years, Kunal recognized STAAH as a beacon of innovation and reliability. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Kunal saw STAAH as a platform to connect with like-minded professionals and contribute to the industry’s recovery efforts.
