A professional kathak dancer and an avid traveller, Tanvi initially embarked on her career in pharmaceuticals, however She soon discovered her true passion – the hotel technology. Combining her love for the traditional south Indian dance, Tanvi is a devoted pet lover and wanderlust, she has found fulfilment in the dynamic world of hotel technology.
A bit about Tanvi’s Career History
Graduating as an Engineer in Computer Science and completing her Master’s in Business Administration, despite her academic achievements, Tanvi quickly realized her heart lay elsewhere – in the technology space and Tanvi found her niche in the realm of hotel technology.
It was 2020, the tumultuous times of the pandemic, amidst a world grappling with uncertainty, Tanvi found herself drawn to an industry deeply impacted by the crisis – the hospitality sector. It was during this challenging time that Tanvi’s path intersected with her true calling.
In 2021, Tanvi embarked on a transformative journey with STAAH, a pivotal moment marking her immersion into the hotel technology landscape. At STAAH, Tanvi found more than just a workplace; a nurturing environment that fostered growth and some meaningful connections. She believes so far, the journey has evolved greatly, enriched by the mentorship of seasoned professionals from different parts of the world.

Tanvi is a Senior Business Development Manager at STAAH, a role that requires a lot of patience, persistence and consistency. Equally the sales side of this job requires great energy. “What has worked well for me in this role is, the ethos of collaboration and consultation, that not only drives business growth but also fosters long-term relationships with our clients. Here, it’s not just about another client signing the dotted line. At STAAH, it’s all about spending time with the customers, understanding their growing needs, challenges and provide a value-added consultation over just selling. I believe this is the approach that builds partnerships for lifetime.”
Tanvi’s Hobbies and Success Mantra
When not assisting clients in their success journey, Tanvi enjoys dancing, she is a professionally trained Kathak dancer, loves to travel – explore new places, food and spending a lot of time with her pet, a Labrador. It doesn’t stop there as she fills any gaps with art, even trying to replicate works of art that fascinates her.
As lucky as she feels to have found STAAH, the organization is lucky to have her onboard with her zeal to grow and enthusiasm to make an impact in the ever growing hospitality space.
