How STAAH Became a Silent Partner in Noorya Hometel Success?

Like a vein of blood that infuses life into the body, partnering with STAAH helped Sarovar Group’s Noorya Hometel double its room nights from OTAs. We dissect their success.

“We have been generating room nights from OTAs at excellent rates thanks to STAAH’s channel manager,” says Joseph Jacob, General Manager, Noorya Hometel, Pune (India).“Since we started using STAAH’s Instant Channel Manager  and Convert Direct Booking Engine our room nights from OTAs has increased from 9% to 18% – a delightful result!”

Noorya Hometel, which is part of the 75-property strong Sarovar Group, chose STAAH as a first port of call when they were in the market to shop for technology to boost their online presence and sales.

Tariffs can be updated across multiple OTAs from one place, minimizing time spent on such an administrative task. In addition to updating tariffs, STAAH’s insightful reporting helps the Noorya Hometel’s revenue management team to sustain the market and get the maximum benefits that the online segment can generate for the property.

A 117-room budget segment hotel with six banquet halls, Noorya Hometel is well placed to receive business and leisure guests. It operates in an extremely competitive marketplace and efficient tariff management is critical to success. With its easy features, STAAH has well enabled this. “Even a new comer can understand and process information through STAAH in no time,” says Jacob.
