STAAH and IBC Join Forces to Support Independent Hotels

We’re proud to announce a new integration with IBC (InnDependent Boutique Collection), giving its network of independent hotels direct access to our channel management and booking engine technology via the IBC Marketplace. Independent hotels using the IBC platform for managed distribution, advanced CRS and soft brand benefits can now directly access the STAAH platform.

Through STAAH, independent hotels can now not only manage their rates and availability across all distribution channels, but can also manage their InstantSite website, ConvertDirect booking engine and RepuFact reviews module – all from one login.

The Connectivity Conundrum

One of the main challenges face hoteliers today is connectivity – integrating the many parts of a property’s technology stack, such as the property-management system, central-reservation system, room-management system and payment gateway.

The channel manager acts as a messenger between these different systems and therefore full and reliable integration is paramount. As the underlying technology advances and consumer needs change, hotels need a simple and intuitive ‘control center’ that is proactively evolving, and thereby allows them to react quickly and keep their property ahead of the competition.
