STAAH Partners with Hotel Technology Solution Specialist IDS Next

The partnership agreement between the two hospitality technology specialists will enable a seamless guest experience for mutual clients.

“STAAH efficiently helps hotels maximize their market reach by providing them a smart channel management solution. This alliance between IDS Next and STAAH will help hotels in streamlining the complex inventory distribution process with ease. We are sure that our hotel partners using STAAH would witness significant operational benefit out of this,” said Binu Mathews, Chief Executive Officer at IDS Next, Asia’s largest dedicated provider of integrated, full-service enterprise property management software.

Following this partnership, mutual clients will gain from an industry standard integration framework that now connects IDS Next’s next-generation hospitality property management software to STAAH’s cloud-based channel manager.

IDS Next is recognised globally for its hotel ERP architecture with unrivalled domain expertise and a commitment to help properties increase revenues, optimise costs and above all provide enhanced guest experience.

STAAH’s industry-leading Channel Manager allows properties to continuously promote available rooms on all their booking channels and immediately update inventory across those channels when a booking is made. It eliminates manual entry and reduces the risk of overbookings with deep, two-way integrations between a property management system (PMS) and the online travel agencies, wholesalers, hotel websites and global distribution systems it sells through.
