The convenience of loading rates to only once source along with real-time updates and STAAH’s easy interface has been crucial to our online success.
We are the only 5-star citywide hotel and we are based in Kuantan, Pahang. We have 519 rooms, and to support these 519 rooms we have a convention centre called the Sultan Ahmad Shah Convention Centre.
Prior to going into a channel manager we were doing this individually and we found that it was quite tedious for us every time when there was to load rates we had to go to the individual OTA engines to load them in. And we also found out that during weekends we found it a bit tedious to go and close out during peak periods.
However, with STAAH we found it was so much easier and it helped us to improve our performance in the sense that my ecommerce manager had to just key in the one source and all the information went out to all the OTAs. Besides that, the support team by Michele and the other support team from STAAH was very helpful and made it user-friendly for us to really get into this channel manager.
