ReviewMinder users can now manage, view and respond to Airbnb reviews
STAAH customers subscribed to ReviewMinder (Online reputation management system), who have Airbnb connected as a channel via STAAH will now be able to the following for Airbnb reviews:
- View their Airbnb reviews on ReviewMinder
- Reply to their Airbnb reviews from ReviewMinder
- Airbnb hosts can initiate and post a guest review
How to reply to a guest on from ReviewMinder?
- Click on ‘Reply Via Channel’
- Enter reply on the popup text box
Airbnb has a restriction allowing hosts to respond to reviews within 30 days of receiving reviews.
Post 30 days, it is not possible to respond.
A record of a response from the host is stored and is visible in ReviewMinder.
How can hosts initiate reviews from ReviewMinder?
- Click on ‘Host Reviews’
- When a reservation ends, Airbnb will provide a popup box to review the guest
- Click on ‘Review the guest’ to post a review
- Host will see a list of valid review objects.
The review window is only for 14 days. Reviews cannot be submitted after the review window has ended.
