The combined power of the STAAH booking engine and channel manager has helped Crystal Palace B&B grow its bookings by more than 20%.
Located close to central London, and boasting spectacular views, Crystal Palace B&B had everything going for it.
Bookings initially came through Airbnb’s Instant Book Calendar System. But un-booked days on the calendar, for such a well-located and nicely furnished property meant that there was opportunity to improve.
“We signed up for the STAAH channel manager system so we could take instant bookings from various OTAs, as well as on our own website,” say Crystal Palace B&B owners Alan and Mala Wilson.
“The integration with STAAH has allowed us to take bookings from various sources. Our bookings have gone up significantly – more than 20%,” say the duo. “It has meant we are able to stay full most of the year.”
Since connecting with STAAH, Alan and Mala have listed their property on Booking.com and are also actively selling via their own website that is powered by STAAH’s ConvertDirect booking engine. They are also still accepting bookings from Airbnb’s Instant Book Calendar System. All channels are managed via the STAAH channel manager, saving time and avoiding errors, while allowing real-time and quick updates.
“All is working well. We’re happy with the software, which has run smoothly from the start, is simple to use, time-saving, and has never given us overbooking errors,” says Alan. “The customer service team is excellent, very patient and extremely helpful.”
The cherry on the cake is the price.
“The monthly payment is very affordable and there is no commission per booking!”
