We are talking on behalf of Klassique Sukhumvit Hotel which is located in Phra Khanong. It consists of 45 rooms. We started using STAAH recently as we found some of the benefits in STAAH which are better than the other companies. For example, the staff is based in Bangkok and it is much easier to contact them. So when there is any problem we can rectify the problem at a much faster speed compared to the other companies. That was the main reason that we decided to choose STAAH.
I will definitely recommend STAAH to the other hotels. By using the channel manager under STAAH, it’s much easier, it’s much simpler – the structure of STAAH is pretty simple and easy to understand.
