Hi my name is Edwin Ng, I’m the general manager of Tropics 8 Service Suites. We have two properties which is Tropics 8 Suites and also TIDO Penang Hostel. We have been using STAAH for the past five months. Started of in the Tropics 8. After using it we feel it is very useful so we decided to explore it and also use it in TIDO Hostel too.
The benefit of using this is because STAAH is very user friendly, it manages the inventory very well. So I would like to recommend this to all hotels to use it too.
