Nepal’s Annapurna Hotels checks in with STAAH to power its growth

Annapurna Group of Hotels, a popular name in the hospitality industry in Nepal, is pleased to announce its collaboration with STAAH, the name behind the software platform that unlocks the full revenue potential of hotels through expanded distribution and direct online bookings.


Two Annapurna Group properties, Fishtail Lodge Pokhara and Jagatpur Chitwan, have completed a successful migration to the STAAH Channel Manager and adopted STAAH SwiftBook as its website booking engine. Both properties are now readily available and directly bookable to a broader audience via STAAH’s reach.

“As Annapurna Group of Hotels enters a new phase of growth post the pandemic, updating our technology stack is crucial to throttle us forward,” says Shreejana Rana, Executive Director, Annapurna Group of Hotels and Immediate Past President of Hotel Association Nepal.

“Efficiency, simplicity and speed were key reasons why we signed with STAAH to extend our online reach and increase our direct bookings”. STAAH has a number of powerful features such as a pooled inventory system, real-time and reliable rates and inventory updates and dynamic pricing, among others that will make online guest acquisition for us a whole lot easier and more effective.

With insights available through easily accessible dashboards both at group and individual property level, decision-making is data-led and the benefit of this is already visible on the two connected properties that are showing improved occupancy and more optimal rates since connecting with STAAH.
