STAAH expands its guest services portfolio with Welcome Pickups integration

STAAH, a leading software provider for hotel distribution and guest acquisition, and Welcome Pickups, a forever-free software that automates guest pickups and transfers, are excited to announce a strategic partnership to enhance the guest experience for connected properties.


The partnership enhances STAAH’s value proposition by providing hotels with a trusted, globally recognised transfer service that more than two million travelers worldwide already love. For Welcome Pickups, this integration expands their reach within the hotel industry, connecting them to a broader network of properties that use STAAH for distribution.

Welcome Pickups is a software that is designed to enhance a hotel’s distribution strategy by providing reliable, high-quality and automated transportation solutions. Active in more than 300 destinations with 2500 hotel partners, it offers direct passenger side services to more than two million passengers annually.

The STAAH and Welcome Pickups integration will enable connected properties to offer additional value through this premium guest transportation service. It ensures that hotels using STAAH can offer pre-booked, reliable transportation to their guests directly in the booking process. Once a guest confirms their stay, they can instantly arrange airport or city transfers via Welcome Pickups. This creates a frictionless guest experience from the moment they make a reservation to the moment they arrive at the hotel.
