THOUGHTFUL THURSDAY: NEW FEATURE ON REVIEWMINDER TO FETCH ALL GOOGLE REVIEWS

At STAAH, we are constantly improving and enhancing our tools for the highest customer satisfaction. That’s why we are thrilled to announce a significant update on ReviewMinder to our Google API (Application Programming Interface), for properties to extract all their reviews.


Presently, our API (Application Programming Interface) provides access to only the most recent 5 reviews from Google for each property. While this has been valuable, we understand its limitations in providing a comprehensive understanding of customer feedback and satisfaction.

Introducing the Update:

With this enhancement, we are enabling access to all reviews from Google, regardless of their date or quantity. This means properties will now have the ability to view and act upon every single review their property receives on Google in real-time.

Get an overall view of customer sentiment and experience by accessing all Google reviews.

Dive deep into feedback to understand nuances and trends that may have been missed previously.

Take proactive steps to address feedback, whether it is replying to positive reviews or resolving concerns raised by customers.

Follow the mapping process given as given below:

Step 1

Login to the property’s ReviewMinder account and click on the ‘Google Advance’ button. Refer highlighted area of the below screenshot.

Click on the ‘Sign-up’ button to proceed.

Select the Google business account associated with your property to link it with ReviewMinder.

To fetch the details from Google, you need to give necessary access by clicking on the ‘Continue’ button.

Once the Google business account is linked, you will be directed back to ReviewMinder. Choose your property from the drop-down menu and click ‘Map’ to link it with the Google property.
