Last year was a goldmine of optimizations, refining your experience on the product dashboard to pure perfection. This year, we’re turning things up a notch- think of it as the dashboard maturing like a fine wine, with UX smoother than velvet.

Booking Engine Update
1. SwiftBook – Book More
What’s new?
The ‘Book More’ option is enabled by default in the cart area. Additionally, a new permission has been introduced that allows users to disable the ‘Book More’ option if needed.
How to find the module?
- Navigate to Booking Engine in the system.
- Go to Menu > Settings.
- Locate the BE Permissions module.
- Find and enable/disable the ‘Hide Book More Option’ permission based on your preference.
2. Swiftbook – Smart Pricing Label
What’s new?
- Enhanced Smart Pricing discount ribbon now clearly displays the discount name.
- Option to upload a custom Smart Pricing discount icon (optional).
- No permission required; this feature is enabled by default for all properties using the SwiftBook Booking Engine.
Present:
- Discount ribbon indicating the discount value, tag to highlight Smart Pricing discount.
New Update:
- Re-positioned the label below the room or package name for improved clarity.
- The smart pricing icon and discount name are displayed on the ribbon.
- Smart Pricing tag removed.

3. SwiftBook – Promo Codes
What’s new?
- Enhanced the system to support the management and display of three rate availability variations on the booking engine.
- Improved promo code label design for better clarity and visibility.
- Introduced support for a new ‘Discount Label’ field/tag for promotions.
- Enhanced flexibility for managing promo code visibility with three options for properties to choose from.
The 3 Promo Code Visibility Options
1) Apply to all public package rates
- Links the promo code to all public packages automatically.
- Promo code discounts are applied across all available public packages.
2) Apply to selected packages and show public rates as well
- Allows linking the promo code to selected public packages.
- Displays promo code discounts alongside all other bookable packages.
- Enables guests to compare prices across all deals, including the promo code discount.
3) Apply to only selected packages (Secret Deal)
- Current default option for promo code functionality.
- Displays only the packages eligible for the promo code discount when the promo code is entered.

New Update: Promo code label and discount design and display on the booking engine.
Example: Promo code discount displayed together with all other bookable public rates.
4. SwiftBook – Smart Pricing – Pay Now
What’s new?
- Enhanced the Pay Now feature to notify customers of changes to the cancellation policy, if applicable.
- When customers select the ‘Pay Now’ option a new cancellation policy applies:
- A pop-up will display the applicable cancellation policy.
- Customers must confirm by selecting ‘YES’ to proceed.
- If a cancellation policy is set up in Pay Now Smart Pricing, it overrides the package policy.
- The new policy will be highlighted in the pop-up.
- If no cancellation policy is set in Smart Pricing, the default package policy will apply.
- No pop-up will appear in this case.
- The applicable cancellation policy will also be displayed on the confirmation page and in the booking email notification.
Change to Pay Now Setup
- Pay Now discount will now support only one cancellation policy type: Non-Refundable.
- Setting a cancellation policy at the Smart Pricing level is optional.
- Policies at the Smart Pricing level will take priority.
- If no policy is set in Smart Pricing, the default package policy will apply.
- For existing setups:
- No changes will be made.
- If a cancellation policy other than Non-Refundable is already set, it will remain unchanged.
Example: Pop-up displaying the applicable cancellation policy.
5. SwiftBook – Smart Pricing – Discount Type: Discount on Discount (Stackable Discount) – Device & Region
What’s new?
- Introduced an option to stack a discount on top of another Smart Pricing discount.
- This applies to all Smart Pricing discount types except Pay Now, Device, and Region.
- Stackable discount types: Device and Region.
- If both Device and Region discounts are activated as Discount on Discount (DOD):
- Only the higher discount will be applied, not both.
- Use case example: Properties can offer an additional discount to bookers from a specific country or those booking via mobile, on top of the existing Smart Pricing discount.
How to set up Discount on Discount (DOD)?
- Navigate to Smart Pricing setup for the supported discount types.
- Look for the option to enable ‘Discount on Discount.’
- Check the box to enable the feature.
- Select either Device or Region as the stackable discount type.
- Set the desired discount value.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
New UI Enhancement

What’s new?
- A new confirmation pop-up has been implemented to enhance customer confidence.
- The pop-up appears whenever an update is saved, displaying relevant error or success messages.
- The confirmation pop-up slides in from the top-right corner of the page.
- This feature is now available system-wide for all updates.
