My name is Andrew French. I’m the operations manager for Carnmore Holdings Ltd. We currently have three hotels that we have the full management control of. The first being the Auckland Airport Lodge, obviously being at the airport in Auckland, the second being the Mount Richmond Hotel which is in Otahuhu which is also in Auckland, and the third property which is our latest property that we took over of April this year is the Princess Gate Hotel which is in Rotorua.
I started working with STAAH five years ago and I’ve never looked back since. STAAH is a fantastic company to work with mainly because of the support. Before working with STAAH I have actually worked with two other channel management companies, all of which offer similar products, however don’t offer similar growth.
The number one reason for me working with STAAH is that they grow as we do. STAAH has significantly changed over the last five years. I believe that their reporting structures now – which are so crucial for my business – are second to none among the channel managers in the market. I believe that STAAH work on a basis that if we win they win which is exactly the philosophy that I work in in my company as well.
