Gift Voucher Engine Rolls out to All Markets

After successful testing in selected markets, STAAH’s new Gift Voucher Engine application is formally launched to all markets. It makes voucher sales simple and easy to manage, generating much-needed additional revenue.

Designed keeping in mind the unique needs of the hospitality sector, particularly accommodation providers, Gift Voucher Engine allows businesses to set up an online shop for gift ad cash vouchers. Customers can either purchase the vouchers on the business’ website or from the front desk of hotels.

As with STAAH’s other products, Gift Voucher Engine has an extremely intuitive design, adaptable to any device, seamless to use for the customer, secure and completely customisable to fit every business’ unique needs. Most importantly it is designed to cut out the cost and time involved in managing the sales and redemption of gift vouchers.

“Despite being lucrative for hoteliers, may operators have kept away from gift voucher schemes due to their cumbersome back-end management,” says Edwin Saldanha, Head of Sales, STAAH Ltd.

“Gift Voucher Engine is an effective solution that reduces time spent processing gift voucher sales. It gives properties the power to manage their own gift promotions and payments directly, boosting their revenue (particularly during the low business periods) and customer loyalty.”

The system is easy to use and simple to install. It simply bolts on to your website, generating bespoke e-vouchers with a unique customer code that can be entered at the time of redemption and will automatically update the system. Properties do not need to be using STAAH’s channel manager or booking engine products to reap the benefits of Gift Voucher Engine.

With this product STAAH has become a pioneer in New Zealand for developing a gift voucher system that has been designed to meet the unique needs of hospitality businesses, particularly accommodation providers. The Gift Voucher Engine is already being successfully used across properties around the world, including the Heritage Group, Bawa Group of Hotels, Mayfair Hotels & Resorts and CPG Hotels, with all properties reporting increased voucher sales since installation of the Gift Voucher Engine.
