This imposing 4-star hotel in Surabaya provides modern, luxurious accommodation and every convenience for the sophisticated business traveller, including three restaurants, a bakery, bar/lounge, outdoor infinity pool, gym and basketball / tennis court. The onsite spa offers a broad menu of indulgent treatments including massage and aromatherapy.

Such a sophisticated property needs a sophisticated channel manager. And, since July 2014, the Java Paragon Hotel & Residences has found just that in STAAH.

”Switching to STAAH has brought significant improvements in rate and inventory control, as well as generating more bookings and revenue. Although it’s very sophisticated underneath, the platform is simple and user-friendly. STAAH has worked so well for us at Java Paragon Hotel that we decided to use it for our Bali resort too.

”Our PMS provider recommended STAAH as we were unhappy with the update speed of our previous channel manager. But, since switching to STAAH, updates between our OTAs, channel manager and PMS happen in real-time. The quality of interface with our PMS and the dynamic pricing feature are invaluable for us.
