Sun Inns Hotel to Reach More Guests Globally with STAAH

The leading hospitality distribution specialist confirmed that it has secured a corporate deal to power the distribution of Malaysia’s Sun Inns Hotel group’s 22 properties.

As part of the partnership, Sun Inns Hotel will be using STAAH’s Instant Channel Manager to take control of online room inventory and dynamic rates, while growing its reach both in the domestic and global markets.

“Currently, each of our 21 properties offers varying room types and is connected to multiple booking portals,” says Amy Tan, Finance Director of Sun Inns Hotel. “It was important for us to find a solution that could streamline the flow of information going out to each of these portals, so our hotel staff could save time when managing inventory and room rates.”

Using a single platform across all properties also brings in benefit of having a single window of vision to achieving operational efficiencies and revenue optimisation, especially as we grow.

In addition to intelligent decision making and efficient management, STAAH was chosen by Sun Inns Hotel for its ease-of-use and it’s strong, local people presence and technical capabilities to service every property within the group.
